It’s been a such a big year now that I am consistently producing artwork for my new client. Here’s what I’ve been up to!
After finishing the animal flash card projects, I completed another flash card set for colours (I only included a few examples here, since I was able to recycle the pencil’s poses and facial expressions for most of the others). Then I started on on some “general” signs. For these ones I illustrated a fictional family who will be used for future sets of general signs, as well as other Auslan projects such as our upcoming picture book.
I also made up a few isolated diagrams, and an “I Love Auslan” design (a parody of the “I Love NY” logo) to be printed on promotional items like shirts and bumper stickers.
And here are a few personal projects I worked on throughout the year, including some gifts and commissions. I’m really happy with how seamless my photo-manipulation has become. And I feel very proud that my “Dog Friendly” sign is now on display every day outside the most popular cafe in my town!
Thanks to all my friends, family, fans, and clients for a such a great year. Here’s to 2022!
